Designed to improve flexibility and reduce stress, this class focuses on deep restorative and relaxing postures while stimulating the sensory system and increasing body awareness. CandleLUXE yoga is led in a warm candlelit room using essential oils (Lavender), meditation, stretching, deep breathing (pranayama) and Reiki (energy healing). Each person will receive a portion of a reiki treatment in class during meditation. You'll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and more connected to your higher purpose. Class temperatures vary from 68-80 degrees by the instructor's discretion.
Reiki Level II is the second level in the Reiki initiation process and will take a Reiki Level I practitioner's skills further. This class includes a second Reiki attunement, which will provide you with greater access to Universal energy and will expand your flow of Reiki healing for both yourself and for those you treat.
This training includes a review of Reiki Level I material, followed by an introduction to the three ancient and powerful healing Reiki symbols that will allow you to move beyond the barriers of time, distance, and space with Reiki treatments. Upon becoming a Reiki Level II practitioner you'll be able to send distance Reiki healing to those not physically in the same space, as well as yourself (or your clients) in the past or future. Distance healing can also be used to send Reiki to global situations, such as natural disasters.
In Reiki II we'll also cover more in-depth space clearing, energy cleansing, and psychic protection techniques and practice both self-treatments and distance healing. All participants will have the opportunity to give and receive a healing session using the Reiki symbols.
You'll leave class with:
An increase of channeling power and confidence in your abilities as a Reiki practitioner.
A more in-depth understanding of the chakras and ways to use Reiki to clear and balance them.
Knowledge of the three powerful Reiki symbols, what they're used for, and how to use them.
The ability to send distance healing to individuals and global situations, as well as programming treatments for future/past times.
Deeper healing on all levels.
A Reiki Level ll certificate.
*Must have completed Reiki I certification to attend.*

During childhood, we're extremely in touch with our intuition and imagination. It's easy for us to ask for what we need and want, and we feel worthy doing so. We spend days on end exploring the world around us and getting to know ourselves without worrying if we're being productive. Unfortunately, as we get older, we're often taught to favor logical and analytical thinking because society places an emphasis on practicality and reason instead of cultivating the belief that we each have a deeper knowing inside of ourselves. As adults, most of us tend to abandon what feeds our souls, such as creativity, play, and pleasure, because they're not as high up on our to-do lists.
The thing is that without these things - a creative outlet, time specifically carved out for fun, and the ability to fully allow ourselves to experience what brings us joy - life becomes lackluster. Our sparkle dulls and we feel disconnected from ourselves and others, and disenchanted by the mundane lives we're living. Every day feels like groundhog day. But the good news is that a more meaningful and magical life isn't totally out of reach! You have the power to tap into your inner guidance by incorporating simple, practical techniques you can implement regularly so that you can find more fulfillment and flow in your everyday life .
In this workshop, we'll cover the basics of what intuition is and delve into the different ways it can communicate with you. While it will be an opportunity for learning, the evening is meant to give you the time and space to PLAY! We'll be diving into several hands-on exercises to get you out of your head and into your heart space. Through these mini experiments, you'll become more deeply connected to your sixth sense and witness firsthand how easy and enjoyable following your inner guidance can be. You'll have a chance to practice your skills in real-time with other like-minded women who also crave connection, and leave with additional resources so that you can continue to explore working with your intuition on your own.
Please dress comfortably and bring water, a notebook and pen, and an open mind and heart. No prior experience necessary!
In this free workshop, we'll be talking about the energy present as we transition from summer to fall - a time of abundance, balance, and shedding what’s no longer serving us. The Full Moon is also right around the corner and offers potent magic for us to have a well-lit view of the path laid out in front of us.
This is a season in the cycle of life to acknowledge what’s no longer working so that we can make peace with letting it go. In creating this space, we become open to receiving what we’re ready to call in.
I'll be walking you through a guided practice to help you connect with your intuition and tune into what's keeping you stuck so that you can work through the process of letting it go.
In Reiki First Degree, you'll learn about and become attuned to the ancient energy healing; Reiki. With the Reiki attunement you will have the ability to channel Reiki. You'll be permanently aligned to begin healing yourself and others including people, animals, plants and more.

The average human has between 25,000-70,000 thoughts a day.
98% are the same thoughts we had the day before.
And 70-80% of these thoughts are negative.
In addition, Harvard published a study that showed that 47% of our time is spent lost in thought, and potentially quite unhappy thoughts. This means your mind is wandering almost half of your waking hours - holy guacamole that's a lot!
What you put your attention on grows stronger. So what can you do to make sure that you're focusing on thoughts that will lead you in the direction of your dreams instead of down the rabbit hole of self doubt and negativity?
In just 10 minutes a day, you can positively impact your entire life by practicing mindfulness.
When you’re mindful, you can recognize what you’re thinking is just a thought, and you can question it - you don’t have to believe it. This can decrease rumination of thoughts, especially those that aren’t true, and allow intense feelings to subside. You can pause before reacting and make mindful choices.
So what exactly is mindfulness, and why is it good for you?
Mindfulness is a way of practicing full conscious awareness by paying attention to what is happening in the present moment, with kind attention and purpose, and without judgement.
With increasing internal and external demands on our time and energy, it’s easy to get overwhelmed feeling like you have to do #allthethings like, yesterday. By regularly practicing mindfulness, you’ll reap its immediate benefits (decreased stress, anxiety, and negative emotions) as well as many long term benefits (the ability to control your reactions in stressful or anger-inducing situations, sharpen your concentration skills, and enhance innovation and creativity).
When we’re mindful, we’re able to practice awareness of our bodies (where we are and what we’re doing) and not be overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Mindfulness keeps us grounded in each moment and allows us to compassionately observe our thoughts rather than pass judgment on them.
We can learn how to silence our inner critic and step into our full potential by being mindful of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. With a regular mindfulness practice, you can focus your attention so that you’re more efficient in getting things done while creating additional white space you can use to fully enjoy your life and pursue your passions.
Meditation is one way to cultivate mindfulness and tap into your inner wisdom. It’s an exercise for your mind that helps to retrain your brain. It’s a practice that allows you to care for yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually. It helps to restore your sense of self-worth through cultivating awareness of your thoughts, unconditional acceptance of who you are and where you are on your journey, and instill a deep sense of connection and belonging in your body and on this Earth.
In this workshop:
- We’ll discuss what mindfulness is (and isn't), and the miraculous benefits of becoming your own mindfulness magician.
- We'll debunk some of the most common myths of meditation (hint: it's not about completely emptying your mind, or sitting for an hour at a time!).
- You’ll learn specific tools for creating a sustainable meditation practice so that you can harness the magic of mindfulness to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
- Once we lay down these foundations, we’ll spend some time in meditation connecting to ourselves and decompressing any tension in our minds and bodies.
- After our community practice, there will be time to share individual experiences and ask questions.
Upon registering, you'll also receive my free 18-page Meditation 101 guide so that you can get started right now on exploring how to create your own meditation practice and begin to experience the benefits of mindfulness first-hand.
Join me LIVE on Thursday, November 16th from 8:00-9:30pm EST where we'll talk about how you can use meditation to cultivate mindfulness. By learning to pay kind attention to the thoughts you're thinking, you empower yourself to create more magic and meaning in your life.

"Meditation practice isn't about trying to throw ourselves away and become something better. It's about befriending who we already are." –Pema Chodron
You feel tired, stressed, and overwhelmed from endlessly treading on the hamster wheel of life, day in and day out.
You're so busy racing from one thing to the next you often forget to stop and fully enjoy a moment of your day, and your rarely ever take time for self care.
Maybe you are constantly finding yourself forgetting what you were in the middle of doing because you lack mindfulness.
You've heard of this thing called meditation as a tool for stress reduction, but maybe you don't think it's for you. Or maybe the thought of fitting in one more thing into your daily routine simply makes you want to cry.
I promise there's a better way.
Over the last several months, I've found that grounding myself in my meditation practice daily has changed my life dramatically.
I'm able to manage my stress better and control the physical symptoms of my IBS.
I show up fully and intentionally at work, in my business, and when spending time with loved ones without future tripping or getting worked up about all the items left on my to-do list.
I've also gotten much better at sitting with discomfort that shows up when I'm dealing with difficult people or situations instead of immediately fleeing from those less than desirable feelings.
And I want to share what I've learned so that you can use mindfulness and meditation to create more magic in your daily life. Join me for a 2-hour in-person workshop where we will:
- Talk about the foundations of mindfulness and physical and emotional benefits of a regular meditation practice.
- Learn different meditation techniques and find what resonates with you.
- Discover how to create your own sustainable practice that can be done every day without sacrificing your sanity.
- Share a community practice together; there is strength in numbers.
